Growing in Leadership

At the 2021 Annual Farmer Meeting, farmers decided to create a Leadership Committee to lead more frequent meetings with all of the farmer groups. With all of the exciting changes happening at All Farmers, it felt important to farmers, staff, and the Board to take this step.

The farmers are currently planning to meet every other month, with leadership meetings in between to plan and prepare. Last Saturday was our first such meeting with a great turnout. We are looking forward to the additional strengths and leadership the committee members bring to the organization, and strengthened cross-community ties as the farmers work collaboratively on the issues and opportunities facing them all.
